Energy Work

When it’s ok to get your head in the clouds.

Sometimes the most potent change can happen when we open to receive support and allow the mental body to rest.

During a distance energy work session, we’ll connect briefly via phone to set sacred space where you then share what you would like to release and/or call in.

We hang up the phone and you choose what will help you relax into receiving: a nap, walk, meditation, journaling, art, staring out the window, etc.

Energy Work

  • With eyes closed, I engage the “clairs” - clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance. I work with your etheric helpers and engage my training in Reiki, Healing Touch, Jin Shin and more.

    Near the end of the session we reconnect via phone to share our experiences with the subtle-body and energetic changes.

    This may include messages, sensations, visuals, and new awareness, all in support of your intentions and unfolding insight.

Energy Work for Pets

I also offer energy work for pets.

Common situations include but are not limited to:

  • pre and post-surgery support

  • healing from injuries

  • adjusting to changes such as moving or new family dynamics

  • dietary and behavioral challenges

I have studied Animal Communication with Kathy Landry, as well as Healing Touch for Animals with the founder Carol Komitor.
